Andrea Ivarsson, Sales Associate

Andrea (Andy) Ivarsson is a Top 2% World Wide Real Estate Advisor at Coldwell Banker Realty in Los Gatos.  She specializes in luxury sales across Silicon Valley, San Mateo County, and Santa Cruz County, and was most recently awarded in 2026 Game Changer of the Year for her home office. She has 15 years of industry experience, 10 of which she served as managing partner at The Houston Group, a partnership consistently ranked in the top tier of real estate practitioners, and completed many personal investment properties during this time.  

Andy’s professional foundation is built on a diverse background in luxury retail management and entrepreneurship. She serves a discerning client and brings her keen eye for detail and commitment to exceptional customer service in every transaction. A true believer in the “heartbeat” of her community, Andy is deeply involved in philanthropy. She spent over 14 years as a Volunteer Fundraising Chairperson for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), leading galas and major events that successfully raised over $25 million for research. She has also served on the boards of the Atherton Library, Cancer Care Point, Ronald McDonald House, JDRF Triangle Chapter, and Los Gatos Home and School Club, as well as served on Volunteer Committees for the Valley Monte League and the Addiction Education Society. Her passion for service also extends to the military, where she takes great pride in supporting those who serve our country through the Institute of World Politics.

Beyond her real estate practice, Andy is an entrepreneur at heart. She is the principal owner of Liefje Farms, a blueberry farming operation in her home state of Michigan, and a managing partner at SeeGlass LLC, currently serving as the Executive producer for “House of Arms”, a Parkinson’s documentary featuring Tom House and Birdman; A documentary and Mini-series of the life of Robert Stroud. Her most important priority remains her family. Being a mother is the joy of her life. Her two sons are currently enrolled at Tufts University in Boston and Colorado State.  Her Oldest son, Gunnar, is also commissioned in the United States Space Force. Her Canine Kids include a Havanese and two rescued dogs, including a sheepdog she inherited from a real estate transaction, whom she couldn’t love more.
